Programs for 6 months to 3.5 years

Parents play an essential role in encouraging a child’s early learning. In these classes, parents (or caregivers) and young children discover together how to build a healthy attitude towards fitness and personal development from the very beginning. Activities encourage motor-skills, co-ordination and early social interaction in a nurturing environment where youngsters feel physically and mentally secure.

Tiny Tikes 6-11 Months
Our Tiny Tykes and their parents are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, infant songs and dances, baby-safe rides and adventures, balance and agility skills, and introductory tumbling during this 45-minutes program.

Waddlers 12-18 Months
This stimulating one hour program introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills, which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements.

Gymsters 19 Mons. - 2.5 Yrs.
This is the earliest age group with which we work on fine as well as gross motor skills in a structured format, as the gymsters attention span grows, allowing them to focus for longer periods of time.

Terrific Tots 2.5 - 3.5 Yrs.
In this age group, teaching physical skills is a top priority. The development of social skills is also emphasized, as they are encouraged to become good listeners, follow directions, cooperate within a group, and learn more about themselves.
